Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the game Pataflop, published by Tequi (Charles Grimont). Using the game means accepting these terms.

The game can be downloaded for free on Google Play and the App Store. No account is needed.

The first world and the daily challenge are free, with ads. A one-time purchase, at the price shown by the store, unlocks all worlds and removes forced ads; videos watched in exchange for a bonus always remain optional. There is no subscription and no virtual currency.

The purchase is processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms, and linked to the store account that paid for it. After reinstalling or on a new device, Settings › Restore my purchases recovers it. Refund requests follow the store's rules.

The game is intended for personal, non-commercial use. It is forbidden to modify it, decompile it to bypass the purchase or the ads, or redistribute its content.

The publisher may change the game (levels, settings, features) through updates published on the stores. The daily challenge changes every day; a past challenge may no longer be playable.

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for an interruption of the game, a loss of progress caused by clearing the phone's data or a use that does not comply with these terms. These terms do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms may change; the new version is published in the app and on the website, with its update date.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought before any action; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the rules protecting consumers.
