Frequently asked questions
I bought the full game, but the worlds are locked
Open Settings (the gear at the bottom left of the menu) › “Restore my purchases”, signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account as for the purchase. A payment still “pending” only unlocks the game once it is approved.
The music is out of sync with the game
With Bluetooth headphones or a speaker, the sound arrives late. In Settings, tap “Test” next to “Sound offset” and increase the offset until the tick lands with the flashing dot.
A level is too hard
Switch to practice mode (pause menu): plant flags to restart just before the tricky section. Every level has been checked: none needs pixel-perfect timing.
I lost my progress
Progress is kept on the phone. Clearing the game's data or uninstalling it erases it too; on Android, your Google account's automatic backup may restore it when you reinstall. A purchase can always be recovered with “Restore my purchases”.
What is the daily challenge?
A level built from the date, the same for everyone, different every day. It is free and gives no stars: it's for fun and to compare with your friends.
Delete your data
Pataflop has no account and no server that would keep your data: everything stays on your phone, and you delete it yourself.
- Delete everything: uninstall the game, or, on Android, Settings › Apps › Pataflop › Storage › Clear data.
- Your purchase stays linked to your Google Play or Apple account: you recover it after reinstalling with “Restore my purchases”.

Your ad choices
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: Settings › “My ad choices”, to review your consent at any time.
- Ads are never personalized: they are requested with Google's settings for children, without an advertising ID and without a tracking request.
- The full game removes forced ads; videos for a bonus always remain optional.
